WHAT’S GOING ON?!

Well, 2024 came and went without a single update on this website from me, and no, I'm NOT proud of that fact!  If you have a website, you'll know that google loves fresh content and I used to be so good at keeping up with it all but, even with another difficult year post-strike, I've been so busy with work and trying to get done everything else that needs to be done, that this blog get's very much left behind.  There's also the constant pressure of doing my social media - something that I used to enjoy but to be honest, there are so many requirements which people keep telling me that I need to do in order to keep on top of that, even that's now becoming a massive chore!  "Well you could employ someone , Kate" I hear you say but if I'm really honest with you, I've never yet met a social media content creator who really knows the brand they are promoting so it's with that in mind, that I continue to do my own socials and website updates. And does anyone really read a blog these days?  I know that people only want to look at videos and evidently they can only cope with three seconds of that so if you've got this far, then bonus points to you! 

So here goes - a bit of a 2024-25 photo bomb of some of the work I've been fortunate enough to have been involved in.  It's been a tricky time for everyone in the industry and with so many people leaving, I know I am lucky enough to still be here!  My workshops continue to be extremely popular with schools, colleges, theatre groups and the like and so I've been able to get all over the UK delivering sessions as well as film here in the UK and abroad.  I've got four feature films in post-production which I obviously can't share with you yet but I hope you enjoy having a quick browse through the following!  Thanks for reading - next time it'll be photos only!
